Task was to find innovative solution for automation of powder like material dispensing.
Task was to find innovative solution for automation of powder like material dispensing. Final solution is given in the figures below. The pneumatic part of the system is used for moving the working baskets while asynchronous motor is used for rotating the spiral and in that way dispensing of the material. When enough material is dispensed, platform will move down accordingly and the limit switch will be activated and finally the working basket will be moved to output conveyor belt.
